* Important information about shipping *

I unfortunately cannot deliver to: China, Cuba, Egypt and Algeria, due to delivery service terms and to administrative reasons.

Please note that this list might change. If for any reason I see when I take care of your order that it unfortunately cannot be delivered in your country, I will fully refund you, including shipping.

Please also note that you might have to pay taxes when you receive your order, depending on your country's import laws. Keep an eye on the tracking of your order to make sure it's not kept at the customs too!

 

Is the shop eco-friendly?

I am indeed doing my best to make the shop as sustainable as I can! I am using as little packaging as possible and recyclable packaging. I also reuse and recycle as much as possible in the studio, and do my best to use sustainable materials. Please recycle or reuse the packaging of your order!
I also choose to make all the products by hand, in my studio: it allows me not to waste any ink, photo paper and sticker paper by manufacturing too many products.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • to France: 4-14 business days
  • to other countries in the EU: 7-21 business days
  • to America and other parts of the world: 14-30 business days

Please note that it might take more time for your order to arrive, depending on the delivery service and what problems they might encounter due to the pandemic. Those are indeed estimated times on an indicative basis. Orders are shipped from the North of France.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept any return.

I think my order is lost, what should I do?

Please keep in mind that delivery tracking might take some time to update, depending on the service's website, and that delivery might take additional time depending on outside factors, such as the pandemic. So do not worry, there's no reason it would be lost!

Due to the global situation, an order will however be considered lost if it still did not arrive three months after your purchase. I will then refund everything excluding shipping. Please contact me at mibyledraws@gmail.com if you encounter this issue.

My shipping information is not correct, what should I do?

Contact me at mibyledraws@gmail.com with "IMPORTANT - order" in the subject line as soon as you can. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped I will not be able to help you, so make sure of your shipping information, especially your address!
